In-season support

Our office is in Quartu Sant'Elena, right next to Cagliari: we work for companies, public bodies and facilities in Cagliari, across its metropolitan area and throughout Sardinia. Every project starts with an on-site survey; after installation, support continues with tickets, remote assistance and on-site visits.
Technology for hotels and hospitality: common questions
Can you work while the property is open?
Yes: we organise the work by area and at the quietest times, or during the low season or closing periods.
Does guest Wi-Fi need a login page?
It is not mandatory, but it is useful: it lets you limit bandwidth and session time and present the property. The guest network always stays separate from the staff network.
Can we keep the room phones we already have?
Often yes: many VoIP phone systems also connect existing analogue phones through adapters, so the system is renewed without replacing every handset.
Do cameras in common areas respect privacy?
Yes, when properly designed: information signs, framing limited to the necessary areas, defined retention times and images visible only to authorised staff.
Do you also work outside Cagliari?
Yes. Our office is in Quartu Sant'Elena, right next to Cagliari: we work in Cagliari and its metropolitan area and organise site surveys, installations and support throughout Sardinia, including Sassari, Olbia, Nuoro, Oristano. Support also continues remotely with tickets and remote assistance.
