Privacy notice

Text to be drafted with the privacy consultant before publication. The Italian version prevails.

The notice must state at least:

• data controller: I.S.I.Com Impianti SRL, Via San Benedetto 16/a, 09045 Quartu Sant'Elena (CA), Italy, VAT no. IT04219850924, email info@isicomimpianti.it;
• data collected through the contact form: name, company, email, phone, location, optional VAT number and message content;
• purposes: replying to the request, preparing quotes, managing technical support;
• legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject and performance of the contract;
• retention: for the time needed to handle the request and any contractual relationship;
• recipients: email provider (Microsoft 365) and website hosting provider; no disclosure to third parties for marketing purposes;
• rights of the data subject (access, rectification, erasure, objection, complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority) and how to exercise them.

The website does not use third-party profiling or analytics tools and does not load external resources (fonts and images are hosted on the site itself).
