Data centres and server rooms, from A to Z
From the empty room to a working server room: we design and build spaces, racks, cabling, uninterruptible power, cooling, security and monitoring, with a single point of contact from start to finish and support after go-live.
Data centres and server rooms: from design to support
Design and construction of data centres and server rooms, from the empty room to ongoing support.
Tailored design
Size, power and expected growth: the right data centre for your organisation, neither undersized nor wasteful.
Racks and structured cabling
Cabinets, patch panels, copper and fibre optics, tidy, labelled and certified link by link.
Uninterruptible power
UPS, separate circuits and managed power outlets: servers stay on even when the power goes out.
Cooling
Air conditioning sized on the real heat load, with separate hot and cold aisles.
Physical security
Integrated access control, video surveillance and smoke and flood detection.
Monitoring and alarms
Temperature, humidity, power and devices under control, with immediate alerts to the people who need to act.
How a data centre comes to life, step by step
Every project follows the same path: each phase has a concrete result that you see and approve before moving on to the next.
- 01
Needs analysis
How many servers and devices there will be, which services must always stay on, how much you will grow in the coming years.
- 02
Room survey
Space, floor loading, access, available power lines, cooling options and cable routes.
- 03
Design and quote
Rack layout, power and redundancy, network and cabling diagrams, delivery times and costs clearly itemised.
- 04
Room preparation
Raised-floor or overhead cable trays, compartmentalisation and preparatory work, coordinating any building and electrical work.
- 05
Power and continuity
Dedicated panels and circuits, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and remotely managed outlets, with provision for a generator.
- 06
Cooling
Air conditioning sized on the heat load, separation of hot and cold airflows, temperature and humidity sensors.
- 07
Racks and cabling
Cabinet installation, structured copper and fibre cabling, labelling and certification of every link.
- 08
Network and connectivity
Switches, firewalls, links to other sites and dual internet connection, also with a backup radio link.
- 09
Physical security
Access control to the room, cameras, smoke and flood detection, coordinated with the building's fire protection.
- 10
Monitoring
Sensors and alarms on temperature, humidity, power and doors, with alerts by email or phone to the right people.
- 11
Migration and go-live
Moving servers and services in agreed time windows, to keep business downtime to a minimum.
- 12
Testing and documentation
Functional and continuity tests, updated diagrams, equipment list and handover of all documentation.
- 13
Support and maintenance
Scheduled maintenance of UPS and air conditioning, remote assistance and interventions under an hour-based contract.

Tailored solutions for every environment
Every project starts with a site survey: spaces, users, existing systems and goals. We often work with:
- A clear proposal with materials, timing and costs
- Tidy work and full documentation
- Support with tickets and remote assistance
Data centres and server rooms: selected projects
Data centres and server rooms: common questions
Do we need a real data centre or is a rack cabinet enough?
It depends on how many devices you have and how critical they are. For many companies a small, well-built server room is enough: we assess it together during the site survey and propose a proportionate solution.
Can you renovate the existing server room without stopping our business?
Yes: we plan the migration in phases, moving equipment in agreed windows, in the evening or at the weekend, so services remain available during the work.
Do you also handle the electrical and fire protection side?
We design the whole and build network, cabling, continuity, monitoring and security. For electrical and fire protection work we coordinate the licensed contractors, so you have a single point of contact for the entire site.
How long does it take to build?
It depends on the size and the work needed on the room. After the site survey we give you a schedule with phases and delivery dates.
Who looks after the data centre after go-live?
We do, with scheduled maintenance, monitoring and support through tickets and remote assistance, also with an hour-based contract.
